Editorial Reviews:

Book Description
Outfitted with his trusty left-handed set of Ping irons and tailor-made woods, Leon Wentz sets out on a trek to conquer the best 100 courses in the world as selected by Golf Magazine. Follow Wentz as he chronicles his journeys in this lively diary: he endures 60-mph winds, four inches of rain in four hours at Fishers Island, shoos monkeys off the tee box at South Africa's Durban Country Club, has his golf bag inspected for snakes in New Zealand, and eats snapper soup at New Jersey's Pine Valley. Walking each round and carrying his clubs whenever possible, Wentz grasps each course firmly and charges ahead through each obstacle tossed his way. Feel as he shakes off the pain of a bone spur in his heel as he plays Scotland's Muirfield with borrowed crutches and a makeshift buggy, finishing each hole by crawling on his hands and knees to putt.
